Mike has a Master's degree from the University of Washington and received his Personal Training Certification from the National Personal Training Institute in Seattle, Washington. Mike is a Professional Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Mike has brought success to many including select high school and college athletes. Mike has competed in several NPC Physique competitions where he recently placed as a National Qualifier. His experience and knowledge has enabled many to achieve their fitness visions to gain strength and / or lose that unwanted body fat.
